      1. Workshop Overview, Objectives and Approach1.1 OverviewHudsonCyber facilitators, Mr. Chronis Kapalidis and Mr Trent Fisher, along with Mr. Chris Bhatt from AON Marine will deliver and facilitate a two-part workshop that will include a general cyber risk awareness briefing followed by an interactive exercise. The workshop is designed to increase awareness of cyber risk and fill in the knowledge gaps for executive & non-executive and information & non-information technology staff. Part I of the workshop will consist of up-front presentations introducing the audience to foundational cybersecurity concepts, an introduction to common cyber threat vectors and related terminology, and an introduction to and review of specific to the maritime industry cyber risk factors and challenges. This first part will include an update on the latest regulatory postures, applicable industry trends, cyber threat updates, relevant case studies, the role of threat intelligence in forming company cybersecurity, insurance considerations, strategies and lessons-learned for stakeholders to consider. Andy Jones will analyse a well-known case study, to put all previously mentioned in context. Part II of the event will comprise a hands-on, inter-active workshop involving all the audience participants. Depending on the number of attendees, participants will be divided into four individual working groups, with each group given a unique organization profile to work with. Activities will consist of role-playing for both defense and attack (e.g. “red teaming”), with the latter incorporating specific injects. Each group will designate a Writer and a Briefer. At the completion of the exercise each group’s Briefer will present their group's circumstances, tactics used, findings, and specific lessons-learned. HudsonCyber will provide the survey in advance for participants to complete prior to their arrival.  Following completion of the onsite workshop activities, HudsonCyber will process and analyze all collected pre-workshop surveys and post-workshop feedback data and provide a summary of findings in a post-workshop report. The intent of this is to provide participants with deeper insight into the condition of pre-workshop cybersecurity awareness, and this will further serve as a training baseline against which to measure future progress. Training Certificates will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop to all attendees. 1.2 Duration - Agenda The Workshop will be delivered over a six-hour period on November 20th and the agenda shall read as follows: 09:00 – 09:30 Welcome Coffee & Registration 09:30 – 09:45 Introduction to the workshop 09:45 – 10:45 Briefing: - Introduction to Cyber Security for the maritime industry                             10:45 - 11:00 Coffee Break 11:00 - 12:00 Briefing II: - Cyber Risk & The role of Cyber Threat Intelligence                                                                                                    - The value of Cyber Insurance for the Maritime Industry  12:00 – 13:00 Lunch (Sponsored by AON) 13:00 – 15:00 Red Team Exercise                       13:15 – 13:45 Team breakout sessions and injects                       13:45 – 14:30 Team out-briefings / Discussion 14:30 – 15:00 Conclusion – Closing Remarks – Key Takeaways 1.3 PurposeThe purpose of the workshop is to provide key staff with an introduction to cybersecurity, an overview of cyber risk factors in the maritime industry, and a deeper understanding of cyber risks based on an interactive methodology.Questions that will be raised include but are not limited to the following: What is cybersecurity? What defines cyber risk? How does cyber risk impact my job? Why managing cyber risk is not limited to the “IT Department”? What is the cyber risk / threat landscape? How can cyber risk be effectively managed? What is the role of cyber insurance? Am I a risk? 1.4 Objectives Our proposed objectives include the following:1.
