      Mindful Meditation

      A 20-25 minute session dedicated to relaxation and quietening the mind. We normally diffuse a few drops of an essential oil, play some music and relax. It's a great opportunity to learn how to meditate. From time to time Tanya Cooper who is a qualified meditation teacher leads our sessions. These sessions have been going on for a little while now so feel free to join us!
