      Press Bay Holiday Market

      Come on down to Press Bay Alley and the newly renovated Press Bay Court to beat the crowds at the grocery stores and stock up on all of the supplies you'll need for a delicious, seasonal, and locally-sourced holiday feast.

      This market will feature local farmers and food producers selling everything you need for a celebration including: vegetables, pastries, sweets, apples, herbs, mushrooms, pork, maple syrup, chicken, sausages, apple cider, hard cider, pickles, and more!

      All the wonderful stores in the Alley will also remain open during the market too!

      DECEMBER VENDORS:

      Alchemy Farm: Frozen beef by the cut (ground, steaks, etc) and 16-18lb beef bundles. Honey in 1.5lb, 3lb and 6lb jars.
      Bottomland Farm: Pasture raised pork, chicken, rabbit, mixed veggies
      Cayuta Sun Farm: Heritage breed pork and poultry
      Crosswinds Farm & Creamery: cows' milk cheeses, beef, pork, hay,
      Dead Dog Farm/Bespoke Apothecary: Honey, produce, herbal goods and skin care products. 70 in total!
      Finger Lakes Cider/Good Life Farm: Hard Cider (sparkling, ice ciders, brandies), organic apples/Asian pears; apple sauce/butter; cider vinegar, ginger beer, switchel, jams, vinegar shrubs, and more.
      Forget Me Not Farm: Botanically dyed handspun yarn, natural handspun yarn, fiber products, herbal tea, botanical salves and elixirs.
      Here We Are Farm: Vegetables (primarily greens, herbs, and root veggies)
      Laughing Goat Fiber: Socks hats mittens gloves scarves blankets etc, made with farm grown fiber
      Little Leaf Meadworks: Mead, Honey, comb honey, bee products.
      MacDonald Farms: Naturally fermented probiotic foods: pickles, krauts, kimchis, etc.
      MoJo's Sauce: Local small batch hot sauce.
      Muddy Fingers Farm: Vegetables
      Nook & Cranny Farm: Spinach, kale, lettuce, choi, carrots, beets, brussels sprouts, winter squash, alliums, potatoes, cabbage.
      Park Hill Poultry: Fresh heritage-breed turkeys NOTE: Park Hill is taking orders in advance for their turkeys (the best way to guarantee getting one!) but will also have them for sale at the market. :)
      Pendragon's Bouquet: Dairy and gluten free genoise(cake), possibly fresh shiitake mushrooms.
      Shelterbelt Farm: lamb, eggs, honey, ginger syrup, ginger candy, aronia syrup, Praise the Lard balm
      Silver Fox Farm: Microgreens
      South Hill Cider: Hard cider
      Steinhaus Farm: Maple syrup
      Suntrap Botanical: Seed to Bottle tincture formulas, teas, balms, vinegars
      SVS Wine Flour: Wine flour, baked goods
      West Haven Farm: Apples, apple cider, leeks, herbs, greens like arugula, kale spinach and salad mix
      Wide Awake Bakery: Baked goods
      Youth Farm Project: Potatoes, onions, kale, jam, chickens, herbs, celery
