The old Milton Theatre, once a celebrated, state-of-the-art, art deco movie house, was rescued from near ruin in 2000 and has been revitalized to operate, once again, as a showcase for the year's most popular movies after their release in digital format, and for those classic films of yesteryear. The community enjoys Movies in Milton--a monthly series of movie screenings at the Theatre--and collaborations with area film societies and independent movie producers to premier and promote their film programs. The Milton Theatre is proud to present enormously entertaining stage productions of the highest quality produced by the Milton Theatre Co. The Theatre also partners with other arts organizations and individual artists and showcases their programs, and is dedicated to promoting the arts and making the arts more accessible to the community.
