Please join me for our group weekly breathing class. This is an amazing journey with Transformational Breath®, a unique form of breath-work. It works by facilitating the natural healing process for all types of trauma. It is beneficial in gaining greater physical, mental, and spiritual health, and in maintenance of optimal health. Benefits of Breathing with me Transformational Breath® is a breathing experience that allows you to connect more deeply with yourself and life. Our weekly class allows you a safe space to open up, be heard and receive loving guidance through my group coaching, as well as from your own inner wisdom as you open to your breath. People report feeling lighter, more joyous, peaceful and at ease even after one session. I offer a wide range of essential oils to augment your experience as well as energy and prayer healing. If it is your first time, I would encourage you to connect with me before class so that we can chat and I can answer any questions you may have. I would also recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before class start time, to allow me time to explain how the class will flow.
