      Brighten up your meals with dressings and sauces. Vinegar gains wonderful depth and complexity of flavor when aged with herbs or fresh fruit. Condiments made with vine-ripe tomatoes create spectacular barbecue sauces and ketchup. Join us to learn to create these wonderful toppings and make your meals sparkle. You will take home recipes and product prepared in class. All classes are geared to the beginning and returning canner interested in up-to-date, safe canning methods.
