      Joy Journeys Workshop

What would it be like to live with more joy? What if the next time you were lying awake at night, it was because you were full of excitement and curiosity? What is your heart yearning for more of? If any of these questions cause you to pause or wonder, this Joy Journeys workshop is for you. During this workshop, participants use a variety of creative activities and interactive tools to reflect on current dreams, discover new possibilities, and make courageous, tangible plans for exploring new joy. As one past participant said, "If you're feeling depleted of joy and not sure what steps can get you back to finding it, this is the workshop for you! You'll come out of it with knowledge of what brings YOU joy and an action plan for recovering it(Kara)!" Past participant Kori said, "Well worth the time- taking a couple of hours out of regular life to stop, reflect, be honest and to reset. Walking away with actionable items is a huge plus- and just the beginning of a new journey!" Still reading? Its time to sign up. Join a community of like-minded joy seekers and enjoy connection (and coffee) on the journey! Logistics The workshop will take place on Saturday, April 4 from 9:30 am - noon at Forza Coffee Company (2829 E. 29th Ave., Spokane, WA 99223) in the coffee shop conference room. Plan to be engaged and comfortable. Bring your favorite writing utensil! This work shop is created for smaller, more intimate groups so registration will be capped. Pre-registration and payment through Brown Paper Tickets is required. Spaces are filling quickly so don't miss out! Refunds for changes or non-attendance will not be possible. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the coffee shop, and participants are highly encouraged to support this small business, which is supporting another small business and the community by offering space. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. About the Facilitator Jill Yashinsky-Wortman is the owner of Momentum Coaching & Consulting LLC.
