Want to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance? This fitness program is designed for older adults and for all fitness levels. Each class is about 45 minutes long. Most of the exercises are performed seated in chairs. No dancing or getting on the floor! Bring a set of dumbbells, a stretch band, and water to drink. No need to register; these are drop-in sessions.
