OnePalmetto Scholarship and College Fair (Sumter, SC)

With nearly 4,000 participants attending last year’s events, PACE Scholarship Academy has added additional locations to host our 2019-2020 ONEPalmetto Statewide Scholarship and College Fairs, to include: Charleston, SC (November 2, 2019), Sumter High School (January 25, 2020), and Wilson High School (February 22, 2020). Each event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We anticipate even more participation this year and want to ensure that these FREE events (as long as attendees are registered by the deadlines) allow as many parents and students to attend as possible. Our goal is to expose ALL high school students to potential scholarships and college opportunities and to encourage current undergraduate and graduate students who still need financial assistance to apply for qualifying scholarships. We are also promoting volunteer opportunities and the importance of joining professional organizations while in college, as we aim to foster “well rounded students.” We are offering multiple $500 scholarships through our essay contests, HP laptops, gift cards, computer printers, and our ultimate scholarship books as door prizes on the day of each event. This is a FREE event as long as you register by the deadline! Every attendee MUST register to enter this event, including parents and chaperones. Everyone MUST print and present a ticket in order to be admitted on the day of the event.
